October is here. The air is crisp, school is back in session, women are starting to wear boots and men are pulling out their plaid. Pumpkin spiced latte season is here and many people are rejoicing.

While those things are nice, the transition from summer to fall can be a challenging time of year, especially for those with autoimmune conditions. I’m not sure of the science or reason behind it, but I think it's probably due to cooler temps and less daylight. With this transition into fall, I’m kicking off three-week self-care practice. Over the next 21 days I challenge us to slow down and spend a few minutes each day focusing self-care.

Because self-care is different for everyone I've compiled a list of ideas you can do. You can repeat ones that make you feel really good or try a new one each day.
